This shot is looking down into the basement stairwell. 'Well' is a good description as there is about 3 inches of water down there. They still hadn't been able to supply power to the sump and we had some tremendous rains for a couple of days. |

According to the developer, the woods behind our house cannot be torn down and made into houses as it is designated a "wildlife buffer" or something to that effect. Off to the right, you can see the back-side of a house that is going in; after that, it's woods and a small creek (more on that later.) |
